Summer Outreach Program
Stavna Reach kicked of their summer at The Peter Paul Center in Richmond's East End. They taught movement classes to boys and girls at the center giving them the courage to explore dance as a creative outlet. These workshops included a 45 minute class taught by our Stavna Instructors and incorporated simple and upbeat dance exercises. The students had a blast while engaging in physical activity, analytical thinking and team building. Stavna instructors loved dancing with these young students while sharing their love of dance and the arts.
August 29th, 2017
The StavnaReach Program was so excited to give an interactive 45-minute creative movement workshop to this group of darlings at The Children's Museum of Richmond. This was part of their Summer Series: Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood event in partnership with the Community Ideas Station and PBS Kids. The children really enjoyed "dancing like Katerina" and so did we!
